Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort

The property was very close to the airport which was a huge bonus after a delayed flight but not once did I hear any planes overhead. The staff were so friendly and helpful! We especially loved the bar staff (Mohammed Mahmoud) at the pool bar and at the main bar in the lobby as they all went out of their way to mix up and serve us copious amounts of cocktails. The food was very good - there was a huge variety so it catered for all of our different tastes! I didn’t really hit the beach this time as I preferred to be by the pool but I did go for lunch one day and had a great time chatting with the staff there! He was hilarious!!! The spa was wonderful. I had two massages and my husband who normally hates things like that agreed to have one and he really enjoyed it. Plus he got the best hair cut he has ever had!! So … will I be going back again!! Absolutely! Already looking to go back next year at the same time (February). It was a bit chilly when the wind picked up but the sun shone everyday and we all have come back home relaxed and sunkissed! Brilliant value for money. 5 stars in every way.

Good facility with great variety of pools (not heated). Liked the entertainment program in the evening which changed every day. Rooms are large and were very clean and the food was great which was different every day.

The staff here really made our stay what it was. They are so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. From the cleaner who took the effort every day to create decorations using towels to a cake being gifted for my partner's birthday. The hotel itself is spotless and is a short walk to the beach which has it's own designated area which was a peaceful retreat.

This was my second time staying at Iberotel Case, and once again, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The service was even better than my previous visit, with every detail taken care of perfectly. The room was immaculate and comfortable, offering a stunning view. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The hospitality of the team truly stands out, and I want to especially thank to , Mr. Ahmed Youssef (Duty Manager), Mr. Ibrahim Abo Zaiyd and Mr. John for their kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Iberotel Case continues to exceed my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Outstanding Stay with a professional staff The receptionists were smiling , helpful and supportive specially Mr Ahmed Youssef The food was great with smiley faces during serving us and a real thanks to Mr. Joseph The staff in the Italian restaurant are really nice and helpful specially Mr. Ali and Mohamed and makes our dinner amazing with a high quality The room is clean and modern with a nice pool view The internet was good specially at the lobby area The beach is really unbelievable sandy with a nice snacks The air conditioning was great
